1. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

● To qualify for a rideshare rental with Leons Luxury Exotics, all applicants must:

● Be 25 years of age or older.

● Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.

● Maintain a clean driving record and pass our background check.

● Provide a valid payment method and proof of identity.

● Hold an active Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or other approved rideshare/delivery account.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in application denial or cancellation of an existing rental agreement.

2. Rental Period & Payment Terms

● Rentals are available on weekly or monthly terms based on the driver’s preference.

● Payments are due in advance at the start of each rental period.

● Late payments may incur penalties or temporary vehicle suspension.

● The rental fee covers standard vehicle maintenance, insurance, and 24/7 roadside assistance.

● A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle model and rental history.

All payments must be made via approved methods listed on our website or in your rental agreement.

3. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

● Drivers agree to operate vehicles responsibly and in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. Vehicles rented for rideshare use are strictly for

● Commercial transportation purposes and personal commuting.

● Prohibited uses include:

● Sub-leasing or lending the vehicle to another driver.

● Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

● Using the vehicle for illegal activities or unauthorized deliveries.

● Tampering with vehicle tracking devices or safety features.

Violations may lead to immediate termination of your rental agreement and forfeiture of any deposits or payments.

4. Mileage & Fuel Policy

All rideshare rentals include unlimited mileage, allowing drivers to maximize their earnings without extra charges. Vehicles must be returned with a full tank of fuel unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Additional fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned below the fuel level recorded at pickup.

5. Insurance Coverage & Liability

● Every vehicle comes with basic rideshare insurance coverage. Drivers must maintain their own valid rideshare platform insurance when operating on Uber, Lyft, or other delivery apps.

● Drivers are responsible for:

● Deductibles not covered under insurance claims.

● Damage resulting from negligence, reckless driving, or unauthorized use.

● Reporting any accidents or incidents to Leons Luxury Exotics within 24 hours.

● Failure to report accidents promptly may void coverage and result in additional charges.

6. Vehicle Maintenance & Breakdown Assistance

Leons Luxury Exotics is responsible for routine maintenance and safety inspections of all vehicles. In the event of a mechanical issue or breakdown, drivers must notify our support team immediately.

24/7 roadside assistance is included for towing, flat tires, battery issues, and emergencies within the McLean and Northern Virginia service area.

7. Cancellation & Return Policy

● Drivers may cancel or end their rental agreement with at least 24 hours’ notice.

● Early returns may result in partial refunds based on unused rental days.

● Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

● Cleaning fees or damage charges may apply if the vehicle requires excessive detailing.

8. Data Privacy & Communication Consent

By participating in our rideshare rental program, you agree to receive transactional and service-related communications via SMS or email. These messages may include rental reminders, payment confirmations, and vehicle updates.

9. Termination of Agreement

Leons Luxury Exotics reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement immediately for violations of these terms, misuse of vehicles, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Drivers will be notified in writing of termination reasons and any associated fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain our vehicles to the highest standards, Leons Luxury Exotics is not liable for loss of income, delays, or indirect damages arising from vehicle use, breakdowns, or third-party platform issues. Drivers assume full responsibility for compliance with rideshare platform policies and local regulations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Rideshare Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect service improvements or legal changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our rideshare rental services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
